Here is my weekly inspiration post for the Ching-Chou Kuik Digital Stamps Monthly Challenge Blog.
For my birthday card I have used the Ching-Chou Kuik image called "
Black Haired Lady" (this image comes in a set with a black-and-white image and a grayscale image).
I have coloured the image in with Promarkers and inked around the edge with Tim Holtz's Peeled Paint distress ink.
The backing papers are from scraps stash and some even have shapes gutted out of the middle so that is why this is a jaunty angle card!!! On the dark green backing paper under the image I have used a greenery stamp and stamped using a Hunkydory grey Prism ink.
I have finished the card off with a sentiment, white lace and some flowers and fabric ribbons from my stash.
The Promarkers that I have used are:
Face/skin - Saffron, Spice and Oatmeal
Hair - Cinnamon, Caramel and Cocoa.
Ladies clothes - Amber, Orange, Bright Orange, Yellow
Frame - Tan, Putty and Cocoa
Greenery/flowers - Leaf Green, Bright Green, Orange, Amber, Bright Orange.
I am entering this card into the following challenges:
