The topic this week at the Dilly Bean Stamps Challenge Blog is "
spooky girls". For my card I decided to make a Halloween card and have used the image "
Pinky's Skull Bow" . It's a lovely image but when she's been coloured in with a green Neon Promarker I certainly wouldn't want to meet her!!! I have tried many different card with my Neon Promarkers but for some reason they seem much more juicy than normal Promarkers and seem to be hacking up the card if you are not careful. I will persevere as sometimes a neon colour just makes an image pop. The rest of the image has been colouring with Promarkers and a few areas highlighted with a white gel pen.
The backing papers are from
Bearly Mine Designs Happy Hauntings. Yes, this pack of papers covers Halloween but there are other papers in the pack that could be used all year round like the ones I have used. The card has been finished off with a Marinanne Designs corner and branch, flower with brad centre, ruched ribbon, buttons with twine through them, Raindrop Echo boo sentiment and a skull and bat charm.
I feel very honoured that I made the Top 3 at the Dilly Bean Challenge last week.
