Here is a card that I have made for a friend using my Debbi Moore "Gnome is Where the Heart Is" digital download.
I have used backing papers, flowers and printed out the topper four times so I could do lots of decoupage as the card did not need to be posted.
I have finished the card off with organza ribbon, grosgrain ribbon and satin ribbon.
