Ching-Chou Kuik Digital Stamps Inspiration Post - Monday 20 March 2023

The Ching-Chou Kuik Digital Stamps Facebook Group challenge for March 2023 is "ALWAYS ANYTHING GOES".

Here is my inspiration post.

Yes I know this card is very bright but on dreary days a bit of coloured is needed.

For my last inspiration post for March 2023 I have used the Ching-Chou Kuik image called "Mad Tea Party".

I have coloured the image in with Promarkers, highlighted areas with my white Posca pen and inked around the edge with Tim Holtz's Black Soot distress ink.

The backing papers are from Summertime Design and Funky Fairy (sadly no longer available).

I have finished the card off with a stamped sentiment, flowers cut from one of the backing papers and a die-cut clock.

Ching-Chou Kuik Digital Stamps Inspiration Post - Monday 13 March 2023

The Ching-Chou Kuik Digital Stamps Facebook Group challenge for March 2023 is "ALWAYS ANYTHING GOES".

Here is my inspiration post.

This week I decided to make a page for my new journal.

Firstly I coloured areas with a pink, blue and yellow Pan Pastel and blended well together.  I then stamped the page with a butterfly and a yellow Versafine Clair that I got for Christmas and then the words "Fly High" with a blue Versafine Clair that I got for Christmas.  I then used various Dutch Doobadoo stencils and inked through with Tim Holtz's Tumbled Glass, Spun Sugar and Mustard Seed distress inks.

The Ching-Chou Kuik image I have used is called "Carnation and Butterfly".

I have coloured the image in with Promarkers and highlighted areas with my Sakura clear stardust pen and my Posca white pen.

I have simply finished off the journal page with a silver die-cut circle underneath the image to make it pop and not get lost on the background.

For my Easter card for a friend I have used the Ching-Chou Kuik image called "Spring Clover".

I have used the partially coloured image and for the rest of the image I have it in with Promarkers.  For the background I have used my Pebbles Inc pearlescent chalks.

The backing papers I have used are from Hunkydory and Debbi Moore.

I have finished the card off with a stamped sentiment, some lace, die-cut flowers with pearl drop centres and some die-cut leaves.
