Today is the day for me to show you another creation for the Ching-Chou Kuik Digital Stamps Facebook Group.
Here is my inspiration post with that theme.
Last month I showed you the start of my hanger stand to keep by the computer where I store all birthdays/anniversaries etc I need a card for that month.
I still have not decorated the box yet as not sure how I want it to look but have made my hanger for February.
For my hanger I painted it first with white gesso and then red acrylic paint. Once both sides were dry I used various texture/love/heart stamps to decorate the background.
The Ching-Chou Kuik image that I have used is called "Forever Valentine - Greyscale" from the Love Mermaid Set. I have coloured my image in with Promarkers and inked the background with Tim Holtz's Faded Jeans and ink brushes and then added Glossy Accents to the water droplets.
I have finished the hanger off with a sentiment made on the computer, die-cut hearts and some twine.
