Bearly Mine Inspiration and Challenge Blog - Monthly Inspiration by Kym - September 2014

Inspiration & Challenge Blog
The Bearly Mine Challenge is now a monthly challenge and in between that time you will see every two days an inspirational project from a member of the Bearly Mine Design Team.

Today it is my turn to show you an inspirational project for the Bearly Mine Inspiration and Challenge Blog.
Here is a birthday card that I have made using various tones of blues.

For my card I have used backing papers from various Bearly Mine Designs sets - Just Plaids, Mini Dots, Gingham and Plain and Simple.  The image that I have used for my card is Kenny K's "Sweet Melissa" and I have coloured her with my Graph'it pens and fussy cut around the image.  I fussy cut Melissa so that I could have her sitting on a wall.  To make the wall I used a brick wall stamp from the Visible Image stamp set called "Max Rocks".

I have finished the card off with some ribbon, die-cut sentiment, doily, punched flowers with a pearl centre.

I am entering this card into the following challenges:

Nutcrafters - B is for ............. - blue and bricks
Word Art Wednesday - Anything goes
Simon Says - Stamp it
Suzy Bee's Blooming Challenge - Anything goes
The Ribbon Girl - Add ribbons
613 Avenue Create - Anything goes and option to make your own colour challenge
Robyn's Fetish - Anything goes
Crafting from the Heart - Anything goes
Artistic Inspirations - Anything goes and/or make it go round and round
Fitztown Challenge - Anything goes
Whoopsi Daisy - Throw on the flowers
Incy Wincy - All things girly
Through the Craft Room Door - Anything goes
Crafty Sentiments - Spots and/or stripes
Digi Choosday - Monochromatic
Glitter n Sparkle - Use a digi
Scrap-Creations - Favourite embellishments (well I love ribbon, flowers, bling, charms etc but one I think always finishes off a card well is ribbon)
