Crafty Ann's Challenge #64 - Stitching - real or faux

Today sees the launch of another challenge over at Crafty Ann's Challenge Blog.  This time the topic is "stitching - real or faux".
For my card I have used Crafty Ann's brown crinkled paperlight brown polished stone papercream paper/border/tag from the Cream Dream digital scrapbook kit. I have then used the sewing digital images sheet and coloured the images with my Promarkers.  I have kept the card monochrome shades of brown.
The backing papers have been stamped with scissors/stitches/couture/tape measure stamps from a Debbi Moore stamping magazine.  The mannequin is an image off the internet.  The card has been finished off with a peel-off sentiment and some buttons.

I am entering this card into the following challenges:

2 Sisters - Use a digital image
Crafty Emma - Button it
One Stitch at a Time - Anything goes
Love to Create - Anything goes
Scrap-Creations - It's a girl thing
Crafty Creations - That's what girls are made of
Inky Impressions - Anything goes
Desmet Designs - Pins and needles
Simon Says - Anything goes
Divas by Designs - Buttons or bows or both
Papercrafting Journey - Vintage
Poodles Parlour - Anything goes
Inspire me Friday - Anything goes
Crafty Catz - Anything goes
