The topic for the Facebook March 2019 challenge is "SPRING/EASTER".
Here is my inspiration post with this theme.
For my Spring-like card I have used the Ching-Chou Kuik image called "Pale Messengers". I have coloured the image in with my Promarkers, highlighted areas with my white Posca pen and inked around the edges with Tim Holtz's Shabby Shutters distress ink.
The backing papers are from a Prima "Believe" pad and I liked the combination of pinks and greens.
I have finished the card off with ribbon (woven in the border across the card which was so fiddly to do), die-cut toadstools (the top was cut out of the Prima "Believe" papers and the bottom was inked with Tim Holtz's Tea Dye distress ink), gems and a sentiment from a Debbi Moore CD.
The Promarkers that I have used are:
Face/skin - Saffron, Spice and Oatmeal
Hair - Raw Sienna, Cocoa and Caramel
Rabbits - Pastel Beige, Khaki and Bright Green
Toadstools/greenery - Red, Poppy Red, Khaki, Cocoa, Bright Green and Leaf Green.
