Halloween Treat Holders

As I've said before we don't do much here in the UK for Halloween.  I have gone mad about Halloween this year.  Instead of cards/tags I have decided to make some treat holders.  No the satsuma won't stay in there until Halloween - it will be removed and replaced nearer the time as it will be certainly withered by then!!

I have used a template on Craft Artist Professional for the actual sweet holders and imported some Summertime Designs papers.  Of course I had to put a design on the inside and outside and ink all the edges.  I personally hate seeing white edges - I'm a bit like Phill Martin on Create and Craft!!!
For this first treat holder I have used the Sweet Pea Stamps image called "Silken Threads" by Rebecca Sinz.  It is available as a digital stamp, single rubber stamp and as part of a multi-image plate (Sheet 8, Plate 223 - Silken Threads is on the multi-image plate with All Hallows Eve, Blue Companion and Gothic Moon).

I have coloured the image in with Promarkers and inked around the edge with Tim Holtz's Pumice Stone and Black Soot distress ink.  I have finished the card off with some background paper I made with spritzing distress ink and adding mica powder to it.  I have finished this treat holder off with some spider's web cut from a backing paper from the Halloween Hauntings digital set by Bearly Mine Designs, raffia ribbon, sentiment off the computer and BOO peel-off.
This second treat holder has the Sweet Pea Stamps image called "Gothic Moon".  It is is available as a digital stampsingle rubber stamp and as part of a multi-image plate (Sheet 8, Plate 223 - Gothic Moon is on the multi-image plate with All Hallows Eve, Blue Companion and Silken Threads).
I have coloured the image in with Promarkers, distressed around the edge with my Tim Holtz distressing tool and inked with Tim Holtz's Black Soot distress ink.  I have finished the card off with some raffia ribbon (which was pink but I have used Black Soot distress ink to colour) and sentiments cut from a Summertime Designs backing paper.
