It is time for another challenge over at the One Sweet Challenge. The topic this month is "brown, yellow, orange and red colours".
For my card I have used the Sweet Pea Stamps image by Karen Middleton called "Art Nouveau Two". This is available as a digital stamp here.
I have coloured the image in with my Promarkers/Flexmarkers. I have inked around the edge with Tim Holtz's Mustard Seed, Spiced Marmalade and Vintage Photo distress ink. I have then put some mica in a spray bottle with some water and sprayed over the image to give a mottled effect to the background. All the backing papers I have been given but they are in tones of yellow, brown, orange and red. I have used Vintage Photo, Fired Brick and Spiced Marmalade distress inks to flowers die-cut from a book. The layers which I have scrunched up and have been held together with a brad. The card has been finished off with some mesh ribbon, fabric leaves, buttons and a Craftwork Cards die-cut sentiment.
