When rummaging I also came across this mother and baby deer image that I had coloured in so as I had a day off today I took a bit of me time and finished off a card so I could enter into the Digi Doodle Challenge topic of animals/insects. The image has been coloured in with Promarkers, then cut out with a die-cut and then the edges have been distressed with Tim Holtz's Rusty Hinge and Tea Dye ink pads. The card is simply finished off with a punched detail, sentiment off the computer and some gorgeous pearl gems.
I know sometime in the New Year DoCrafts will start the appeal for cards again so this will be two cards ready for then. My only wish is that they would allow other sizes of cards - maybe doing the bag bigger so people making cards can put whatever size in that they want to - rather than sticking to the A6 size. This is the only time when I make A6 cards now.
