Over on Joanna Sheen's Forum the topic for the card challenge for March 2009 is "paper flowers". I had thought about using a set of three flower punches - that was until a fellow Sheenie/wonderful cardmaker had a freebie on her website that people can download to use to make ..................... flower blossoms so I just had to print them off, cut them out and use them for my challenge card. Thank you Jak aka Crafter's Kitchen for such lovely sheets for us to be able to use. The image and border ribbon is from the Card Creations Di Kaye Art Deco CD and the background paper is from my stash.
This card also fits the bill for Rainbow Lady's Challenge Blog, Challenge 49 - People - as I printed this out, planned the card and then thought it needed that something extra and then Jak's post about the flower blossoms made me think "that will do the trick!!".
