It is time for another challenge over at the Colour Crazy Challenge Blog.
This week we are lucky to be sponsored by "Angie Blom Digital Designs".
For my birthday card I have used the Angie Blom Digital Designs image called "Miss You Flowers".
I have coloured my image in with Promarkers. I decided to colour the background with my pearlescent chalks as I seem to be going through so many light blue Promarkers lately colouring in backgrounds alone.
The papers are from a VERY well loved and treasured paper pad by Tim Holtz that my eldest son bought me many years ago. I've only now got 3.5 pages left so it might take me another 3.5 years to learn to let go of the remaining papers!! I am sure I am not the only one in this situation.
I have finished the card off quite simply as it is a stunning image with some Dreamees flower stamps stamped on the backing paper and fussy cut around, some grosgrain ribbon, a stamped sentiment and some gems for the centres of flowers.

Isn't it funny how we all treasure those little bits of special DP Kym, I have a few sheets of some WRMK one of my son's bought me many, many tears ago.
Such pretty flowers against the soft music script and you have coloured them to compliment it beautifully.

Love how you have coloured this looks fabulous. Chuckled at your paper dilemma I've found it impossible to use the last sheet since childhood. I'd buy a pretty pad for all my thank you letters but could never bring myself to use the last of each design. I think when I left home they were all consigned to the bin! but then in the '60s we did not recycle. Thank you for sharing with us at River of Creativity and our No Hearts or Mushy Stuff challenge. x
