Here is a card I have made for someone going through a tough time at the moment. For my card I have used a Sweet Pea Stamps image by the talented Regan Kubecek called "Birdy Love". She is available as a digital stamp and a single rubber stamp.
I have coloured the digital stamp in with more pastel colours of peach and orange. I think they make sure a cheery combination. I have used my Promarkers/Flexmarkers, highlighted areas with my Sakura Stardust clear pen and added clouds with a handmade template and a blue Pan Pastel. I have inked around the edge of the image and all my papers with Tim Holtz's Rusty Hinge distress ink. The backing papers I was given. I have finished the card off with some seam binding, doily (which I have inked with Rusty Hinge distress ink), Craftwork Cards die-cut sentiment and some foily flowers (these were the clear peel-off stickers which were all the rage some years ago as you could prick around the edge - I've not used these for some time and decided to rub IndigoBlu Copper Kettle Gilding Flakes and rubbed off the excess. It was a bit fiddly as the flowers are so small but well worth it).
