It's time for week 3 of my Guest Designer role for Tuesday Throwdown for April 2013. The theme for this week is "focus on your sentiment".
This week the sponsor for the challenge is My Creative Classroom.
For my card I have typed up the sentiment on the computer, die-cut and then used Tim Holtz's Victorian Velvet distress ink through the die. The backing papers I have used are called "Emma's Garden" by Jennifer Ellory which were a freebie from the Cardmaking and Papercraft Magazine. I have stamped a doily with a See D's scroll stamp and Victorian Velvet distress ink. The card has been finished off with some raffia ribbon and flowers made with some flower punches.
I am entering this card into the following challenges:
Whimsy Stamps - Pretty in Pink
Challenges 4 Everybody - Anything goes
Crafty -Emblies - Anything goes
Victorine Stamps - Springtime flowers or colours
Card Crafter's Circle - Die-cuts and/or dry embossing

Creative Card Crew - Handmade flowers
This is really lovely Kym.
