Lemon Shortbread Challenge - Tuesday 13 March 2018

  Welcome to another challenge over at the Lemon Shortbread Challenge Blog.

The challenge this fortnight is "anything goes".
 For my Spring feeling pink and green card I have used the Lemon Shortbread image called "Wildflower Basket Fairy".  I have coloured the image in with Promarkers and highlighted areas with my white gel pen and black micron pen.

The backing papers I have used are from a paper pad from B&M.

I have to say that the die-cut behind this image has not been used much.  It would take maybe 5-6 times to go through the Cuttlebug or Grand Calibur to cut properly.  Now with my Gemini it takes one pass.  Whoopee.  This means you will see more of this die-cut as I really like it.

I have finished the card off quite simply with some die-cut flowers and a Craftwork Cards die-cut sentiment.

Promarkers used: 

Face/skin - Saffron, Spice and Oatmeal 
Hair - Burnt Sienna, Cocoa and Caramel
Dress/boots - Blossom, Pink Carnation, Cerise, Apple and Leaf Green
Basket - Burnt Sienna and Cocoa.
Grass/flowers - Pink Carnation, Cerise, Apple and Leaf Green
Sky - Denim Blue, Pink Carnation and Cerise.
