Delicious Doodles Challenge - Friday 5 December 2014 - Non-traditional Christmas

The challenge over at Delicious Doodles this week is "Non-traditional Christmas".  This can be non-traditional colours or a non-traditional image ie dark/scary.
For my non-traditional Christmas card I went with the colour scheme of brown/kraft and blue.  I have used the Delicious Doodles image called "Katarina" and coloured her in with my Graph'it pens and inked around the edge of the image with Tim Holtz's Faded Jeans distress ink.
  
The backing papers I have used are "Festive Fun" and "Plain and Simple" from Bearly Mine Designs.

I have finished the card off with some Stickles glitter glue, die-cut snowflakes, doily inked with Faded Jeans distress ink, sentiment and some gorgeous blue organza ribbon.
