It is Friday and therefore it is time for another Challenge over at the Delicious Doodles Challenge Blog.
As you can see from the announcement above taken from Teri's Blog it is a sad day today as this is the last ever challenge for Team B over at Delicious Doodles due to the new VAT laws coming in on 1 January 2015. It is very upsetting to see such a lot of small businesses having to close. I have two Design Teams that I am on that are having to close.
Very, very sad.
Very, very sad.
Despite the sadness the topic for this week is to "Welcome in the New Year".
For my card I have used the "Romantic Clock Face", "Happy New Year" freebie from December 2013 and "Charleston Couple".
The backing papers I have used are from Summertime Designs.

I have finished the card off with some washi tape, organza ribbon bow, flowers made from a book, inked with Tim Holtz's Black Soot and Aged Mahogany distress ink, Stickles added to the edges and help together with some pearl brads.
I am entering this card into the following challenges:

There's still time to enter more projects in this week's Challenge so, I hope you come back and join us again. Want to share God's Word with you found in Psalm 27:14 which says, "Wait for the LORD; be strong and take heart and wait for the LORD." A Blessed and Happy New Year to you!
