Well the second challenge over at the Ching-Chou Kuik Digital Stamps Inspiration and Challenge Blog has ended.
If you entered the challenge and want to find out if you are a winner you need to pop on over to the blog and see.
You will also see that the topic for December's challenge is "Christmas/New Year".
Normally you would only get a sneaky peek at my card/creation and you'd have to come back on the Monday for all the details of how I made my item but as the start of the month is a Monday you can read my whole post today!!
I decided to make a gift bag. These are so expensive to buy in the shops so I do try to make my own.
For my decorated bag I have used one of the newer Ching-Chou Kuik digital stamps available in her Etsy Store called "Christmas Tree". She's a gorgeous little girl with a tree, present, some candy cane and a gorgeous little teddy bear.
I have coloured my image in with my Graph'it pens and highlighted the white fur on the little girl's hat and the teddy's hat with Stickles glitter glue. I have used a gold metallic Pan Pastel and a piece of blending mat cut with decorative scissors to make the border around the image.
The backing papers that I used as a backdrop for the image and for flowers are Bearly Mine Designs Christmas Traditions 2.
I have finished the decorated bag off with some stamped sentiments, brads, flowers, burgundy Veletta 25mm textured ribbon and a gorgeous Cheery Lynn Victorian Romance Flourish die-cut.
It would be lovely if you could play along with the challenge this month.
