My First Decoupage Since my Operation

It is now nearly six weeks since my bilateral Carpal Tunnel surgery.  It's been a very difficult recovery period with the inability to not use both hands.  The stitched area is still sore and will take some time to heal but I can now lay my hand flat which I couldn't do two weeks ago.  This is most probably down to the therapeutic putty exercises I have to do that the Occupational Therapist gave me last week.  There are not easy but "no pain, no gain".  Thankfully the constant very tight squashing feeling I had in both wrists and the loss of sensation in my thumb and two fingers is all gone now so that is brilliant.  I am only wearing my splints when out of the house as I walk with a stick and the wounds are still sore so the splints provide a bit of cushioning.  I shall be very glad when the splints can go away as I've had to wear them for nearly two years.
Here is my first decoupage card I have made since my operation.  I have used a poinsettia card kit that I got from CraftsUPrint recently and is by Ann-marie Vaux and can be found here.
I loved the shape of the card.  I have edged the card, decoupage, insert plate and sentiment with a gold Pentouch pen.

I have finished the card off with some Stickles glitter glue, pearl dots, Glossy Accents on the berries and a lovely ribbon bow using my new Embellishment Attic Bow Maker which makes wonderful bows that lie flat.

I am entering this card into the following challenges:
