It is the start of a new challenge for the Gruffies and Guests Challenge Blog.
The topic for September 2014 is "anything goes with the option of fall into fall". To enter this challenge you MUST use a House Mouse, Happy Hoppers or Gruffies image.
I am normally in Team B but I have done a swap so I am showing my card today.
For my card I have used a Joanna Sheen House Mouse Decoupage sheet that I have had for a long time now and I thought it was perfect to use for this challenge. I love this image of the mice hitching a lift on the dog!!
The backing papers I have used are Bearly Mine Designs Mini Dots and The Boy's Zone as I wanted shades of brown.
A while ago I die-cut some leaves using an old book and Tim Holtz's Bigz leaves die. I coloured the leaves in using Promarkers.
I have finished the card off with some card candi and a gorgeous satin ribbon bow.
I am entering this card into the following challenges:
613 Avenue Create - Anything goes with the option of sights/sounds/tastes of Autumn
Whoopsi Daisy Challenge - Leaves

The Crafty Bloggers Network - Anything goes

ReplyDeleteAww, the image is wonderfully adorable. Great layers and embellishments. We appreciate you joining us last week and would love for you to play along with us again this week at Word Art Wednesday. Leaving you with God's Word in Hebrews 12:2---"Let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy set before him endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God." Hugs and blessings!
