Lacy Sunshine Guest Designer - Sunday 13 April 2014

I recently entered a challenge and was offered to be a Guest Designer for a forthcoming challenge.  It took me all of a few seconds to squeal "yes".  The challenge this fortnight at Lacy Sunshine is called "Feminine".

 For my card I have used the Lacy Sunshine image called "Emily Raindrops 1920's".  I kept the colour scheme to yellow and light blue as I felt they are colours we look forward to in Spring-time - especially the blue of a nice sky!!!!  I have coloured my image with Promarkers and used a film strip mask and  a yellow Pan Pastel to edge the image.

The backing papers I have used are from my new Creative Crafting World CD called "Here Come the Girls" which I got off my two boys for Mother's Day.

I have finished the card off with some seam binding ribbon with a button sewed onto it, lace, gingham ribbon, pearl gems, Craftwork Cards die-cut sentiment and some flowers cut from some yellow and white crepe paper held together with brads.
