Another Decorated Tin

I recently made a decorated tin for a friend's belated birthday present (original post can be found here).  It was made using an old coffee tin and once decorated its use was to stand a tube of glue in to make sure it doesn't dry out.  I also needed one to we had to buy some more coffee (well I don't really need any excuse for that one!!) and then the tin was mine once finished.
I painted the tin with quite a number of layers of white gesso.  Then I have used some backing papers which I have stamped with a rope and shell from a set of Victorine stamps called "Nautical Set".  I have added some lace to the backing papers before sticking to the tin.
The two images that I have used are from Delicious Doodles.  The first image I have used is called "Seahorses" and the second image is called "Beach Huts".  I have coloured both images in with my Promarkers.
I have die-cut some Marianne Design shells and then coloured with a yellow ochre Pan Pastel.
I have finished the decorated tin off with lots of tiny shells, some decorative fish net and two larger shells.

This tin certainly will be at home in my craft room as the theme in there is the seaside as so wish I lived near the seaside.

I am entering this altered tin into the following challenges:

Inky Impressions - 3D projects
I Love Promarkers - One for the girls
Crafty Little Fairies - Song or film title - Song - "Oh I do like to be beside the seaside"
