Last Two Pages of Scrapbook - It's Now All Finished!!!!

Here are the last two pages of the Sweet Pea Stamps Scrapbook that I have made to send to someone special.

 For this scrapbook page I have used the Sweet Pea Stamps image by Meredith Dillman called "Airships".  This is still one of my favourite Sweet Pea Stamps images.  This image is available as a digital stamp, a single rubber stamp and as a multi-image sheet (Sheet 4, Plate 98 - Airships is on the multi-image sheet with Interrupted and the messages "miss you" and "thinking of you".  I have coloured the digital stamp image in with Promarkers and inked around the edge with Tim Holtz's Tea Dye distress ink pad.

The backing papers I was given but I felt they didn't fit too well so I got out a "That Special Touch" cogs mask and brushed through Tea Dye distress ink around the corners and then did some in Vintage Photo.  I embossed some card with a Tim Holtz cog embossing folder and again inked that with Tea Dye and Vintage Photo distress ink.  Some X-cut cog die-cuts got the same treatment.  I have finished the page off with some brads, pearls and a seam binding ribbon.

This page has been made with a digital stamp by a new artist to Sweet Pea Stamps, Regan Kubecek.  The image I have used is "Angel Wings".  She is available as a digital stamp or a single rubber stamp.  I have coloured the digital stamp image in with Promarkers, cut her out and stuck her onto some cloud paper and inked around with Tim Holtz's Tea Dye distress inks.

The backing papers I was given and I have used them in conjunction with a blue striped die-cut edge.  All of these and the sentiment have been inked with Tea Dye.  I have finished this sheet off with some wide lace, flowers, die-cut button and some gems.

It's taken just about two months to do this project.  Some of the images were coloured in before then so I had to go with the colours I'd used for that and if I hadn't got any papers I had to print them out.  It's a lot easier colouring the image to match papers but I always tend to do things a more difficult way!!!
