Debbi Moore BIrthday Card

I used one of my recent Debbi Moore magazines to make this birthday card for son to give his dad a while ago.  I love getting this magazine as the inspiration is fabulous and the images/backing papers are printed onto such quality paper that you can actually use them.  Sadly a lot of magazines print images/backing papers to use on such poor quality that I have only tried using once or twice and within a day or so the double-sided tape was showing through.  The only down-side to the magazine is that it comes with a free CD but these images aren't those in the book.  I would prefer, like with the Bookazines, that the images in the book are on the free CD.
I have used various backing papers, toppers, borders and embellishments all from the magazine to make this pop-up card and just finished with a sentiment off the computer.

I am entering this card into the following challenges:

Inspire me Friday - Anything goes
Sister Act Card Challenge - Anything goes
Card Crafter's Circle - For the boys
My Time to Craft - Sports
Everybody Art - Happy birthday
Papertake Weekly - Anything goes and optional extra to make a Christmas card or project
