Birthday Wishes

I recently won a challenge over at the Corrosive Challenge Blog and got to pick some images from A day for Daisies as my prize.  For my card I have used the image called "a braid in my hair" which I have coloured in with Promarkers and then used the Spellbinders "out of die" technique to leave the ladies' plait hanging out of the frame.

    

The backing papers I have used are Bearly Mine Designs Floral Breeze, Bearly Mine Designs Vintage Fantasy and Bearly Mine Designs Mini Dots.  I have finished the card off with Cheery Lynn border die (which I cut from the Vintage Fantasy papers, inked with a chalk ink pad and layered on top of each other for a lacy effect), Memory Box bird cage, Marianne Designs little bird, Tonic butterfly doily, flowers with brad centres, gems and a Craftwork Cards die-cut sentiment.
