The challenge over at the Cards for Men Challenge this time is "men at work". I thought this card made using the Best of La Pashe CD fitted the bill as it is a farmer hard at work in his fields. The backing papers I have been given and have edged them all with a brown Promarker. I die-cut some card with a Nestabilities oval scallop and edged both of them with a brown chalk ink pad and laid it under the image. I have finished the card off with some garden twine, Craftwork Cards sentiment, flowers and a very old button (it was one of my mum's and could be about 40+ years old as she used to sew for a living when I was very young and accumulated loads and loads and loads of buttons).
I am entering this card into the following challenges:
Cards for Men - Men at work
Craft Your Passion - Vintage/shabby chic
Unstampabelles - Use one or more die-cuts
Shopping our Stash - Use your old buttons
Papercraft Star - Photo inspiration
Chocolate, Coffee and Cards - For the birds
2 Sisters - Celebration
Such a wonderful masculine card, love the image! Thanks so much for playing along with us at Papercraft Star.
