Sweet Pea Stampers Challenge - October 2012 - Get Well Soon/Support Project

We had a lovely selection of entries for the first Sweet Pea Stampers Challenge after the break for the summer.  Today sees the start of the October Challenge and the topic is "get well soon/support project".

For my card I have used the Ching Chou-Kuik image called Bamboo Serenade.  I have coloured the image in with Promarkers and Pan pastels.  The backing papers are Bearly Mine Designs Floral Dreams and Floral Breeze.  The flowers have been made using a die and Bearly Mine Designs Mini Dots papers.

The cards has been finished off with a decorative pin, lots of flowers with brad centres, mesh ribbon, lace, sentiment off the computer and two stamped butterflies with Stampendous Frantage accents (I saw Brenda from Floral Fantasies demonstrate these recently at Stamp Addicts.  If you have a spare few moments - well maybe a long time - pop on over to her blog and look at her wonderful creations.  I'd followed her blog for many years but it was nice to put a face to the blog!!).

Make sure you pop on over to the Sweet Pea Stampers Blog next week to find out the winners of the September challenge of "anything goes".

I am entering this into the following challenges:

Sentimental Sundays - Anything goes
Whoopsi Daisy - Flowers galore
Incy Wincy - Anything goes
Top Tip Tuesday - Things with wings
Deep Ocean - Anything goes
Crafts and Me - Anything goes
Simon Says - Dies and/or punches
The Sisterhood of Crafters - Get well
Totally Papercrafts - Make your own flowers
Inspire me Friday - Anything goes
