Sweet Pea Stampers Challenge - 3 February 2012

It's time for another challenge over at the Sweet Pea Stampers Challenge Blog.  This time the challenge is "love".
For my card I have used my new Sweet Pea Stamp by Joanne Schempp called "Love Lace".  I have coloured the image in with Promarkers and highlighted areas with my Sakura Stardust clear pen.  The sky and grass have been coloured with glittery chalks for a bit of sparkle.  I have then done some simple matting and layering to add dimension.  The image has been cut out with a Nestabilities die.  The card has been finished off with some raffia ribbon, wooden laser die-cut hearts, flowers with Stickles glitter glue on them, gems and pearl heart pins.

I am entering this card into the following challenges:

Stamptacular Sunday - Diamonds or pearls - we were asked which was our preference - diamonds or pearls.  I do like the glitz of diamonds but I think my preference is the beauty and under-statement of pearls.
