My Design Team Debut for Crafty Purple Frog

I am a little bit excited - well I'll be totally honest - I am VERY excited as it is time for my Crafty Purple Frog Challenge Design Team debut.  The topic for the challenge this fortnight is "anything but a card".
I decided to make a calendar door hanger for my card stall at Knuston Hall on August Bank Holiday Monday.  The image I chose was called green dragonfly and I chose to use the decoupage image but there is also a pyromage sheet as well.
I inked my wooden door hanger with Tim Holtz's Peeled Paint, Shabby Shutters and Pine Needles distress inks.  I then used various Aspects of Design scroll stamps and stamped with the Pine Needles and Shabby Shutters distress ink pads.  I cut out the image and decoupaged it up adding glitter glue to the dragonflies.  I used some scraps of paper and die-cut some flowers using my Marinane Designs dies and finished them off with buttons tied on with wire along with some leaves and some butterflies.  I used some Papermania tiny flower punches to punch out some small flowers with even smaller flowers for their centres.  I threaded some beads onto some wire and hung these at the bottom of the door hanger opening.  The hanger is finished off with some fibres, ribbon and gems.
