Aud Sentiments Design Team Card - Thursday 3 March 2011 - Happy birthday or a birthday present

Well we had some lovely creations for the Aud Sentiments Challenge for the last fortnight.  please go and look on the Challenge Blog to find out the name of the winner.
This fortnight we are being sponsored by Lauren from "My Time Made Easy".  Here is a little bit of information about My Time Made Easy:

affordable, and we made it easier than ever!  I have always said that it
really is all about the TOTAL package.  Now you can afford to create and
dress up the simplest of gifts on your own, and make them appear to be that
much more special.  Nothing says love like something handmade.

For my card and matching "pucker up" box I have used some gorgeous downloads from My Time Made Easy - the "pucker up" box can be found here and the backing papers are called "bringing home baby girl" - yes there are a few baby orientated papers in there but the others are generic as you can see.  There are simple to follow instructions that came with the box so it quickly came into being.  I printed the checked paper on one side and the button paper on the other so the inside isn't bare.  The box has been decorated with distressed mounts, an image of Tilda coloured in with promarkers, some spotty organza ribbon and finally a bit ribbon bow which has been recycled from a box of chocolates.  
Inside the box I have filled it with little packets of sweets - yum, yum.  The matching card I have used the same two papers and some plain card stock.  this time I have used a Gorjuss girl image again coloured in with Promarkers. The card is simply finished off with a peel-off.
