Crafty Ann's Challenge No 34 - "Love is all around"


Another fortnight has come and gone and it's time for another challenge over at Crafty Ann's Challenge.  The time the topic is "love is all around".

For my circular twisted easel card I have used Crafty Ann's digital image of the squirrel and flipped one around and made them a bit smaller so they are a husband and wife squirrel.  The backing papers are both from Crafty Ann's and are from the abstract range.  I cut two circles out, one with my Cricut and one with a die to make a frame and used some peg stamps and See D's stamps along with various Distress ink pads to make the edge around the squirrels.  The squirrels were coloured in with Promarkers, their tails snipped into to give more dimension and both were cut out.  The stopper for the easel card is a tag I was given, some scrap card and a sentiment off the computer.  The card is then finished off with one red heart.
