Lili of the Valley Challenge - 9/12/10



Over at the Lili of the Valley Challenge blog this week the challenge is a sketch.  I don't tend to do many sketch challenges but decided to have a go at this one - well I don't need to have my arm twisted to use a Lili of the Valley image!!  I have used this gorgeous little girl with her bear.  I think that it is one of my Christmas favourite images of the Lili of the valley.  I have distressed the edges of the image with Tim Holtz's distresser and inked the edges with a chalk ink pad.  I have then gone on Stickles overload on her fur hood and cuffs - well it is Christmas.  I have used a Cuddly Buddly backing paper, then used some Graphicus star stamps on a piece of white card with a green and red chalk ink pad and again distressed/inked the edges.  The card is finished off with some mirri card, ticket sentiment from Crafty Ann's and some gems.
