Over at the Digi Doodle Challenge this week the topic is animals/insects. I had coloured their gorgeous owl in a few weeks ago but missed the deadline so he hadn't been made into a card. Instead today I was searching my bit box for a scrap of card for a Christmas card and came across the owl so of course I had to make him into a card. I have simply used scraps of two backing papers and distressed the edges. I then used a Tim Holtz bark embossing folder, tore the edges and distressed them with a chalk ink pad. The image I coloured in with Promarkers. The card is finished off with a sentiment off the computer, paper flowers and a brad.
