Over at the Pink Elephant Challenge this week the topic is pink, green and brown. It sounded quite easy at first but then I thought about it a bit more and was stuck. That was until I went onto my Funky Hands Funky Daze CD and everything fell into place. I use a green/pink/brown scrapbook page for the backing paper, the two brown/pink flowers are cut out of another backing paper from the CD, the two small pink flowers are from the freebie on the front of last times Creativity Life magazine, the image and sentiment I stamped in brown Versafine and used the masking technique to plant some flowers by Onions' side (Onion is from the new daisy and Dandelion range of stamps) and I have chalked the background green and coloured in Onion with chalks and the flowers and leaves are coloured in with Sakura Stardust pens. I didn't think I'd be able to do this one but the whole card is made with just different tones of green, brown and pink.
What a sweet card!! Onion is very cute!! I also read your about me...way to go on raising over 700.00 (don't know how to do the pound sign) for charities. That is wonderful!
