Penny Black Saturday Challenge - 28-2-09


Over on the Penny Black Saturday Challenge Blog, challenge week 38 is entitled "something to eat" so for this image I picked a young girl standing contemplating a lovely triple scoop ice-cream!!! I have coloured her in with Lyra Watercolours with a Koi water brush and a blender pen. I've not used the blender pen before but it was so much easier for the intricate bits with my shaky hands!!! The backing papers I have used were given to me by a friend.
