This weeks' OCC Challenge was to use two shades of blue along with a neutral colour.
I'd downloaded some papers from Scrapbook Flair and strangely enough they were a proper blue and a turquoise blue. I wasn't expecting to use them on the same card but I've had a go. The neutral colour I used was a cream for the matt I stamped onto and I used the same blue as one as the papers for the stamped images. The card in total took me 12 minutes to make - a definite record for me - the hardest thing was cutting out the flowers with my dodgy hands and eyes.

This card can also be used for the Papertake Weekly Challenge - 5-1-09 - where you simply have to use spots/dots or circles on your project.
